How we work

Four steps, one accountable counterpart.

We take on a limited number of mandates each year, so that senior judgement is applied to every one of them. Each engagement begins with a candid assessment of whether LCPG is the right party to run it.

   Enquiry

   A confidential conversation about the asset, the stage and the ambition. We say plainly if we are not the right party.

2. 02

   Mandate

   Scope, responsibilities and terms are agreed in writing with an identified counterparty. No mandate, no work.

3. 03

   Structuring

   Capital, ownership and governance are designed around the project and held in a ring-fenced vehicle.

4. 04

   Execution

   We stay on through delivery, with partners, negotiations, oversight and reporting until the agreed handover.
