Complex projects are held in their own ring-fenced vehicle, with ownership, governance and decision rights agreed before the first spade goes into the ground. From site to exit, the same discipline applies: documented agreements and transparent reporting. This gives every party clarity on capital, risk and exit.

Agency mandates on land, projects and companies: we identify partners and buyers, and lead negotiations through to signed agreements.

Independent advisory across the build, covering design review, cost and quality control, production planning and supervision on site.
We are independent of every contractor and supplier, so our assessment serves one party only: the client who hired us. We therefore enter early, reviewing drawings and specifications before mistakes become expensive.
Procurement & Acquisition
Acquisition of land, buildings and sites, and structured procurement of contracts, materials and equipment, with full control of scope, price and timeline.
Everything is documented, so the client can always show exactly what was agreed, at what price, and with whom. In acquisitions we identify sites, structure the transaction and negotiate on the client's behalf.
