Complex projects are held in their own ring-fenced vehicle, with ownership, governance and decision rights agreed before the first spade goes into the ground. This gives every party clarity on capital, risk and exit.
We act as structurer and coordinator. We bring the parties together, define the terms and stay involved through the whole development. The project company is the counterpart, so obligations never blur between projects.
From site acquisition to exit, the same discipline applies: documented agreements, transparent reporting and a clean structure that lenders and investors can underwrite.

For development projects we draw on an advisory partner with deep knowledge of commercial property, portfolio analysis and permitting, including energy projects such as battery storage.
This gives each project a clear view of market value, risks and the approval process before capital and land are committed.
